Interoute’s 120,000 square foot warehouse, is set on a 7.5 acre site, located centrally in Thame, Oxfordshire, close to both Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, just off J7 of the M40, with good links to Heathrow, London and the UK Motorway network.
In our warehouse we use a combination of bulk stacking, racking and mobile stillages to maximise storage space utilisation and flexibility for our customers.
Mobile ramps and unloading platforms are used to load and unload containers quickly and efficiently. As well as forks, fork lift trucks are equipped with paper and barrel clamps. Warehouse staff are all experienced in handling products of various sizes and complexity.
A computerised warehouse management system (WMS) is used for stock location, stock movements and tracking, ensuring good stock control and stock management. Stock and KPI reports can be tailored for individual customer requirement and are available online.
We can provide a dry bonded storage facility for customers who import goods, allowing them to defer payment of VAT and Duty. Specialist customs approved software is used to speed up customs clearance.
Occupancy of the warehouse can be on a shared user basis or as a dedicated facility with dedicated staff and equipment. A core storage area can be provided with the ability to flex in additional storage as required.
The site provides secure storage, with a state of the art warehouse alarm system, 24 hour manned security, barriers and CCTV.
